At this point I feel like the people who say stuff like that are the same kinds of people who get mad about proxies in magic. They bought in and spent tons of money on cards so they think everyone else should have to do the same to enjoy the things they do. It's a crazy phenomenon that happens in hobby circles all the time.

But it resulted in everyone in JP getting a big injection of subs, which meant more chance for them to get shitty old Jap companies to give the talents a chance with things like sponsorships.
