Colab is pretty much dead, you can run it for free for a while to try it out but they will rate limit you pretty fast. Paid colab isn't much better, you get some more time but the rate limits still make it nearly unusable.
My suggestion would be figure out if your GPU can be used to run things locally or try some of the free options like tensor and pixai to see if you even like doing this stuff.
