They don't do that at all, only the opposite. If a JP comment reminds them of something and they go on a tangent, they'll translate the tangent for english speakers later, but how many times do you see them translating their english tangents?
They only did the twice in both languages thing during a couple of karaokes and sadly they didn't do the most important of all. They should have repeated that "Dempagumi were our friends" talk in japanese because their heroes were watching. I really wish they got to hear that beautiful speech.
