I suspect people greatly overestimate the ability of guests to influence ticket sales.
One or two songs featuring even huge names like Suisei isn't enough to move the needle, nobody's flying around the world to see her sing for ~4-5 mins when they can go to full sololives and holofes. I mean a few people will do that but not enough to salvage a concert if sales don't work out.
