Ah okay, well she may have a legit reason for not streaming in 60fps then. I get its frustrating that she didn't address it, but I imagine she's inundated with stuff like that constantly and you just grow numb to it. If her brother, dad, or some other family member could go through her setup for her, she'd probably appreciate it. I just don't see chat being able to address all of these supposed issues with her stream without her getting seriously frustrated. I'm not trying to say she's totally helpless with her setup, but she's not the person who will spend an hour on resolving a minor issue with her stream, especially not if she can avoid it.
