True extroverts: voluntarily reaching out to others and deliberately trying to make connections
Trained extroverts: by nature is introverted, but is very much capable of making connections and strengthening relationships by experience
Neutral: neither actively seek nor shun connections
Unwilling introvert: very much want to reach out but sometimes having trouble doing so
True introverts: pretty much willingly keep to themselves for some reason
