With all the vindictive shit that Cover did to Mumei it seems likely they cancelled the license for her nendo. Not only was the Mumei nendo cancelled but soon after that Goodsmile stopped displaying the Promise nendos so it feels like there is a lot going on behind the scenes. The official MMD models are still missing almost 4 years after Council debuted and Hololive actually skipped to releasing the Advent models which is something they have neve done before with any other gen.
