It's been a journey for me. Candance Owens was part of the personality prompt from audio podcast. I used a Joe Rogan Character for the male (he's absent from the slideshows for some reason)
I try to do 1 week, on Sundays. Still playing it by ear on what the right substance/length/content focus should be. Also NotebookLM doesn't offer a lot of fine tuning.
I touch grass a lot so I'm not terminally online enough to dedicate more than 30 minutes to this.
