Excuse TL;DR. Playing Clair Obscure right after Ninesols will likely make her hates QTE and parries, so I understand why you might recommend another RPG. However, this game's story is also a defining feature, as it's very self-reflective, which makes it particularly suited for her.
Either way, if she's going to invest a significant amount of time, it's probably best to go ahead and recommend a unique or edgy title. In that vein, a JRPG on Steam like Persona 5 Royal could be a good choice, but that one is ridiculously looong...(genuinely) while it would be nice for a leisurely playthrough off stream, playing it on stream would be a major undertaking for her.
I haven't played Metaphor, but I've heard that despite its bizarre seeing, the content is decently traditional. If you're going to recommend a "classic RPG" type of game, that might be a good option along with Xenoblade Chronicles 1. Ultimately, though, it's all up to her.
