Because if they found that address they can find whatever new address she relocates to. She would have to go off the grid to truly avoid getting found, which she can't do cause she needs to stream. Also she's fluent in the language (cause she's spoken it since she was a child, do your reps) and she has a friend there (and yes they are just friends cause once again, the reports say nothing about her relationship status).
