All religions of the world and many philosophies have nuggets of truth that are fully realized in the teachings of the Church. This is how many missionaries have found success in so many different areas of the world. All people have one creator and when they attempt to use their God-given facilities to learn of this creator they will ultimately find nuggets of the truth. It is the Church's mission to illuminate these people to the revelation of God incarnate.
Think of the magi that found Jesus at the event of the Nativity, they were zoroastrian. That religion had a prophecy-like concept that foreshadowed the coming of God in the flesh, and together with the Israelites' prophetic writings, they were able to witness the birth of the True God into this world, though they were pagans. This was possible due to the nugget of truth in cooperation with the revelations from the God of Israel
