HoloPH was scrapped in favor of HoloID. They've been VERY vocal about wanting to have their own Hololive branch and/or having their own vtubers join Hololive EN. There was a tiny bit of an uproar way back when Millie debuted because some of them were hoping she got accepted into Hololive, thankfully that wasn't the case.
