It wouldn't make much sense for Shiori to turn her down in that case though? Also pretty sure ERB has straight up said she didn't invite Nerissa because she knew she was in all 3 of the other Justice debuts and didn't want to overwork her. The real oddity is the lack of RBC but I guess that was just down to scheduling?
