Those two along with the unmodded game running out of memory, most noticeably in Soulstorm when playing with 4+ players.

The pathfinding was exceptionally ridiculous because it even created whole new degenerate strategies around it where you could make a Rhino transport and keep nudging it into enemy infantry and the enemy's pathfinding would interrupt everything they are doing to slowly bumble out of the way of the vehicle. So vehicles could basically just fully occupy entire squads with no counterplay other than for organized play to ban the abuse.
Zoom and memory issues were fixed in mods but pathfinding is probably out of the scope for community to redesign. Honestly I want the pathfinding to still be a bit weighty and clunky and not like Starcraft 2 where the units flow like liquid.
