Kiara and Mori have always been the biggest pushers of gen unity, and Ina sort of wants it. Ame and Gura did it if it was convenient or it was something that REALLY interested them.
Advent has fun goofing around together and I like it, but it's obvious that most of the time they do streams it's to promote something they want to sell you. That doesn't mean they secretly hate each other, but they do get that it's just business and business will be better if you work together.
There's also the fact that the two newer gens are much more interested in pleasing management while the prior two spent half of their time fighting management.
