this is not a corrupt act, if the rule is stupid then it's not anyone's fault if it was broken.
Instead of enforcing rules like this, the govt should crackdown on piracy and opening jobs, so more people could have spare money to pay for music subscription. But it's not Indonesia if the govt is not using a cheap and easy way to solve problems, causing long term damage.

If you understand basic economics, everything the govt do is the opposite of the basic rule of economics. They really are a bunch of morons. It's frustrating.
