I also wonder if some of the oddities aren't part of an attempt to anonymize the screenshots.
I know off the top of my head that timestamps can be used to pinpoint a leaker- if the actual time of posting is known you can determine the timezone of the one taking the screenshot, and in a small enough server, say 30-40 people, that can narrow it down immensely if not outright finger someone. Hence possibly the Scarle screenshot having its timestamps edited to a random time (413 is also a meme number isn't it? From Homestuck or something)
I don't know how this would explain things like the name colors and missing decorations, but it's possible they used some premade utility and just didn't bother to turn off some options that were on by default.
