You're crazy, the exact thing you're describing happened in the "GRIM" era when holos dropped to their lowest point but, at the same time, Luxiem and NijiEN did likewise.
What happened was a massive dunking on NIjiEN laughing at their misery (and the creation of the RASPBERRY TALLY) even if HoloEN couldn't reach their former heights.
