> in my opinion is a form of harassment
it's not harassment to want someone to be fired because they are a fucking toxic tard, always break rules and are a pain in the ass to work with. Especially if it has already been said that one more violation will result in termination.
> the last straw for them being a heartfelt Christmas gift to her community that didn't get perms to show the whole nijifamily in it
if you didn't have reading comprehension of a 3 year old you could've noticed that they specifically said that it wasn't that. it was her leaking stuff and lying about livers not wanting to be in the MV (from the looks of it nobody cared about that and from the flow of the conversation it seems before the screenshot they asked everyone if anybody was asked for perms before the video got published and if anybody refused the perms. and people responded that nobody was even asked for permission before the video got privated). It's also possible that she didn't lie there. Maybe her manager lied to her, or maybe she just misinterpreted manager's words. But what they think happened there is that she lied about that, and that's why they want her to apologize (at least if she wants to stay that is, it seems like most just wanted her terminated and that's it).
