They are, technically, sold, Anon. Just because you're trying to sell it to another person doesn't mean that Ticketmaster/Cover didn't get when you first bought it. It's weird people are focusing so much on the money though and not at the fact that the venue will look empty in a lot of places though, which is bad optics.
