I am not up an up in my chatbot UIs but that seems like a coding or just a simple display function the UI would need to support (i.e if user says cum show cum type of deal lol), using image gen for this seems overkill but theoretically I guess you could train a LoRA with close-up of a bunch of x-ray cross sections and then use that to gen the cross section but I don't know if you need infinite variation of this lol.
