Oh maybe I misunderstood then. Is the question how would make a meter like image like that? Then I would just take any cross section and color in some white-gray and inpaint with the "cum, cross-section" tag should be fairly easy.
If the question is you want the UI to show you that image when prompted, way outside the scope of this thread lol.
