Turns out the only JP clippers that are still in my subscriptions were Mel channels... 夜空メルちゃんのきりぬき and ホロライブ切り抜きの巻・夜空メル
I do also know a few channels that have English and Japanese on the screen simultaneously if that's up your alley.
