The guy larping as Naruto is just some tumbleweed tourist coming off a manic high after getting trolled into believing he was under demonic incursion by discord trannies. Out of anger he started invoking the names of various spirits and using the name/subject field to give himself different titles, one of which was "The Great Sage" (It apparently lit up the same neural pathway as the sage feature). He also spammed copy pasta spells and images in an attempt to make the discord trannies leave 8 /x/, which he succeeded in doing due to 8-chat allowing tor and multiple files per post. They acted big for a while but eventually his turbo spergout energy prevailed and they left. Just ignore him, He can't threadshit here as bad as 8 and will likely move on or at least grow tired for a while.
