Don’t get me wrong, I like white guy tacos, I’ll make them sometimes when I’m craving a generic Taco Bell ground beef taco. But it’s not an authentic taco experience. Problem is finding a good authentic taco that uses fresh corn tortillas is a complete pain in the ass. Premade corn tortillas fucking suck. Only consistent taco I can get is a bira taco, but that’s because they grill the tortillas.
