They didn't collab with Tectone because of OTK connections lol they're already friends with Vei/Soda.
The reason why they had that brief Tectone arc is because at the time Tectone was believe it or not pretty well regarded among a lot of indie vtubers. And at some point he became friends with Aethel. Obviously like everyone else they dropped him when the allegations hit.
