Join phase for more ownership of it? Honestly sounds like a move, Filian would be incentivized to do well and don't blemish the companies profit so it'd be safe for Fishmans side, and from Filians side she could have substantial control over the happenings and already expressed that she thinks Phase is on a good trajectory, so she'd feel safe "investing" herself into it. I can honestly see it, sounds like a deal both sides would make.
