Not a fan of the guy but Nux kind of said something like this recently when he reacted to the news of Nyan not getting paid for the sponsor she got swatted during.
Apparently Nyan and him worked things out privately and talked about it at some point. He believes that it was manipulation by management that caused the whole mess not any of the girls.
