Streams have had a sort of bumpy graph sometimes historically, like a sort of "up-down" pattern of a few hundred CCV that you could literally watch in real time if you sat there watching the CCV counter. But whenever this new thing started happening the frequency went insane like that in a very distinctive and new way.
