Cover is a "tech" company in none but name. And actual technical staff that wants to do this kind of troubleshooting for shit pay is rare. Most of what I've seen for troubleshooting iis basically talents + chat to varying degrees and maybe some corpo staff intervention and since we have leniency for scuff and the noombers never got affected by it, companies didn't need to invest in making it near perfect. The opportunity cost for making sure things are at that high standard vs having no insurance and risking scuff is pretty dang low so no one in Vtubing invests in it and just deals with it.
