As a person who did showchoir, I know people like ERB and Rissa just enjoys people who have talent, but also diminishes her own while doing that. ERB has the talent, but kinda just goes all over, its pretty obvious even being the younger performer, Rissa has been whipped by circumstances (where she told us about knowing what it means to lose your voice and seeing it with her sister), so she has better control. I'd say nobody really probably tried to give ERB more control in her lessons or she didn't listen. Which will come to bite her if she doesn't take it easy. You don't try to take the audience to church every song, it sounds cool to people who aren't really aware and just go "that's cool!" at everything. But you're playing with fire with your voice. She does a lot of ad-lib to cover when she does have issues with it, while the "she's bad at karaoke" people who complain about Rissa mistake when her control and honesty when she has flubs for being "bad". ERB has just as many but scatmans her way through it. So rather than better, I would say as a technical artist, IRyS and Rissa are better while ERB has more power and projection in her voice than them, but is all over the place with it.
