I remember Fubuki talking last year about them just naturally going over their schedules to find matching free days.
That was last year though, nowadays with all the parties, meetings and walks, they likely try to fit each other in open slots within busy days.
Say, about the bento, all we know is that Miko washed it and returned it right? So either she picked it up earlier to eat at whatever job she had or she went to her job fully intent on passing by to return it?
