NijiEN have hired 40 odd people altogether
Let's take a small company with 40 employees, what are the chances that in a city, 2 people who know each other are both hired there through pure random chance?
Low....VERY low. Maybe 1 in a thousand chance?
How about 3 people? One in a billion chance.
How about 5 people? Infintessimally small. We're talking the same chamce that an anvil randomly spawns into the air through quantum probability and lands on your head tomorrow.
People don't understand how quickly probability stacks up.
So if NijiEN has like 6/7 people all being hired, all being close friends, that's not random chance. That is pure fucking nepotism.
