I don't remember where DMCAs fall when they get the video itself taken down. I know if you use too much of a song it can get all of your ad rev sent to the "owner."
A really retarded example is that someone sent Dokibird a twitch thing that played like 5 seconds of Freebird in her original return stream, and now all of the ad revenue on that 1.6m+ view vod goes to the song owner instead of her.
