I don't see her attending stuff publicly outside of the US. Kiara's mistake was being alone and doing it in a country where bystander effect is in full force. If someone tried that with Rissa here, the person would get jumped rather quickly. Also, what happened to Kiara from my understanding is still incredibly rare. Most female streamers have their fair share of stalkers/creeps, but it normally doesn't escalate to what happened to her.
