it's 10 seconds back each turn but still i do fully expect that to be changed in some way once whoever in management made it realizes even with that asking amateurs to try to play chess under a time limit while getting mixed signals from other amateurs before making a move with only 10 seconds added onto your timer each turn is not enough.
