It was a rate-R horror-theme comedic parody from the late 90s or early 2000s.

The intro of the movie had a girl running away from an assailant. I remember he slashed her breasts and some of the breast fat was visible. She was only wearing bra and panties. Her dad was driving towards her but was distracted by the blowjob he was getting and ran over her.

Another detail I remember is a guy who saw something in a hole and said something along the lines of "wait, do that again". He put his ear to the hole, and his head was impaled by a dick (the dick coming out of his ear, killing him).

I also seem to recall a scene where a tranny in drag was sitting down and talking but something weird happened with his pantyhose that a small rip in the crotch area appeared and his scrotum because visible.

I think another scene had the idiot say, "smell my finger", which the other guy did and recoiled saying something like "ew what the fuck is that?!" and the idiot responded with "...my ass".

The ending revealed that the killer was the idiot all along who was merely pretending. I think he drove away, and the girl remaining on the scene looked up towards the camera and said "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" for an unreasonably long time as the camera was panning out before she abruptly got ran over.
