The fucking Galactic Federation is a compartmentalized system governed by the "EYE" interdimensional organization operating from Saturn which I mentioned before, which was founded by Ashtar/Lucifer, alongside the exoteric Galactic Federation. Some of the grigoroi "Watchers" written of in the Book of Enoch joined him/her, such as my Thuban symbiotic alter (probably won't be going into that topic in this thread).
