Diaperfag with lots of diaper experience here. If it was a regular plastic diaper it would leak out the inner leg holes. However and not to be one of those "pull-ups are not diapers" kind of autists, but she is wearing a pull-up and some of them are not plastic and the core pad can leak through the middle of you overflow it with too much or with some shitter brands pee too fast. For context as to why a lot of pull-ups are only designed for that little "oops" moment not a full bladder.
