When I have a headache I squeeze around the part that hurts to add extra head fat to the part that hurts. This makes my headache go away until I let go of my head. If I hold the position for like 10-15 minutes my headache goes away completely.

Long term this is probably dangerous to do, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there
