Logos keeps these urges in check most of the time unless overwhelmed temporarily with emotion, hormone/drug imbalances, or sometimes the logical choice really is death. Usually after a series of incredibly bad choices to reach that point. I doubt this is the case for you anon, you should put that jump off for as long as you can because it will happen on its own eventually but if you go early there's a whole lot of niceness in life you could miss out on.
