Leaving the house is so horrible, the sun and the outside, it's so horrible

Those types of burns must be painful, in my case if I breathe outside my nose hurts because my nose is not used to breathing air of outside

Trips))

I know, but I still don't like it. Physically I know I'm not well because I don't really eat. I've been told I'm pale.

But most of the time I don't like it because it really scares me and I get panicky and nervous.

I don't think it's necessary. What kind of help would I ask for? It's an unnecessary waste of money.

Although I've improved lately, I can now go to two stores near my house without feeling like my ribs are breaking or crying, I still get tics but it's a big progress!

I was also freaked out about bringing it up, but it was very easy, I just went to my general physician, told them how I felt and they gave me pills and psych referral.
The psych meeting are only like once every 6 months (it's a psychiatrist not a therapist)

Mate you can go outside when the sun is not hot like volcano.

Usually morning 7-10am then 4-6pm if my memory is correct. Avoid 10am-4pm it really is the hottest time.

Sunscreen is helpful.
If it gets too hot cool your skin with water.

If it gets itchy you better stay in the shade or cover that part and do the sun exposure another day.

Having a hat also helps.
Tips farmer's hat*
Also don't forget to drink water.

Good luck to your endeavour.
