I know there's nice people and I know there's people that want to do the right thing.
The problem is, those people don't have enough power to make their desires a reality.
Not to get super deep but I think the majority is just trying to get by and for them the few mins they get for the news is their world view and they go right back to the grind.
I think it falls to those of us who have time to waste to inform said people but not everyone is going to be reached obviously which is why they follow the crowd instead of thinking for themselves.
We saw a lot of this with COVID and even 9/11.
Most people don't have the time to inform themselves to the level I inform myself and that's not their fault, it's the society we live in.
