drawing is hecking weird

everyone knows im a master artist because i start of by drawing a circle and a plus inside of the circle but i angle the lines inside of the circle to emulate a spherical shape

the reason the eye guidelines are placed weird on yours is because the cross didn't follow a spherical curve.
