it depends on how well funded they are, i've been to some that were decent even if they weren't for me, and then i've been to some that were basically prison cells with like 10 people all having mental breakdowns with a single doctor and 2 nurses standing behind bullet proof glass (it wasn't all bad, i made a friend in a ward like that, i think his name was mark, he had been there for 3 days but the doctor wasn't seeing him so he couldn't be released)
