This sandwich did taste very good even if it was oily it was serloin steak and mushrooms and bell pepper and onion and chipotle mayonnaise on butter toasted Italian bread from publix!

here is a less oily steak sandwich I maked it has balsamic marinate rare steak and garlic aioli and havarti cheese and pickled hot pepper

cooking at home made me realize how unhealthy food is like it;s one thing when the restaurant prepares it oily like that but at home to get the same level of oiliness you have to literally pour it into the pan and you can see exactly how much it really is which just makes me feel sick
