Did you cry extremely hard/too long?
I get ringing when that happens because my body is overworked.

I cry every night since about a year ago and I got tinnitus ever since then, so I guess there's maybe a connection? idk but I wish it would stop, both of them

It was a short soft cry but my nose got stuffed so that might be the problem. I also get ringing when my neck posture is bad

Is your tinnitus constant, every hour of the day? Because at some point i started to have frequent ringing and my doctor said it was actually from poor neck posture (in my case) and that helped a lot. So yeah, a doctor might just save you

No, its not constant. Most of the day I don't experience it at all, but after sunset comes and the night falls, the crying starts and even when it stops, the ringing begins and doesn't end until the sun rises and I fall asleep.
Its 4 AM here rn so its gonna stop soon.
Thank you for trying to help, but I don't think its a neck issue, its rather a brain issue. I kinda think its the same as OP's. Some kind of psychosomatic shit

Your fortune: Excellent Luck
