i just relapsed it was so fucking pathetic it barely bled and i was trying as much as i could i guess it was just the blade but i feel like such a failure because its just enough to count as a relapse and thats 3 months gone

But seriously OP, you did good going for as long as you did. It is a real shame you relapsed but it's better to take things one day at a time rather than think about how many days it's been. I believe that tomorrow you wont cut and if you refrain tomorrow, you can refrain the next day and so on.
I believe in you OP, try not to beat yourself up too much, it wont help with your motivation.
