i want to start lifting weights but i dont think i can afford transportation (scooter) supplements and a gym membership as well as a good diet (bulking). this makes me sad.

>>12449989 you should focus on easier upper body exercises like push ups for a little bit. when you're able to do a number of push ups comfortably, you'll probably be strong enough to do a pull up or two. it's all about incremental progress
