For more advanced material (but not graduate level material)
Mechanics - Taylor
Electrodynamics - Griffiths
Quantum Physics - Griffiths or Zettili, maybe Townsend
Thermodynamics - Schroeder, I'm not personally a fan, but I'll admit that it's probably the most comprehensive of the undergraduate texts on the subject that's still readable
Astrophysics - Carroll and Ostlie (BOB)
Plasma Physics - Chen
Circuits - Horowitz and Hill
Graduate level material is complicated because there's very few texts that people will agree on
